Nicole Stamey studied at the University of Florida, earning her BA in Clinical & Community Dietetic. She has 25 years of experience as a dietitian. Nicole works on nutrition assessments for new admissions and long term care residents who are at nutritional risk.

Sal Bass has worked in the culinary industry for 40 years, spending 33 years as a chef. Sal has been part of the Oak Manor team for 20 years, preparing food for all types of diets, including restricted, carb control, gluten free, and reduced sodium.
